RUDE MANAGER

My mom went shopping at PnP and askeed to speak to the manager. She is a pensioner and wanted to ask if they give discounts to the aged or donations because they are a group of 80 elder who meet every day for different activities. The manager was so rude and told her that why must they give donations to people who get pensions. He told her that the employees are not even getting a descent salary so why must they give them discounts or donations. Was it fair to be told about people's salaries? She just wanted to know if they do have discounts or donations. If the manager treats people like rubbish how will the staff respect the customers?
