I have never considered myself invisible

I have never considered myself to be invisible, mind you I am proudly Black and I love my skin tone. What I was wearing did not even come close to the decor how is that nobody noticed me? Your people just walked passed me even when I went to the cashier, first of all there was nobody in the kitchen department I just had a simple query, I wanted to buy a saucepan which seemed to be part of a set and was curious if could I buy it individually. No one came, actually the people I saw were sinking on their computers, then I decided to go to the cashier who was busy. what me off the most is that an Indian gentlemen in uniform came and uttered something to the cashier and did not even take note that I had an item from the store in my hand obviously either I wanted to pay or ask. I walked away feeling very ashamed that I have an account there. As a customer that is not what I look forward to.
