On 16 March 2013 I went to Edgars Vangate and had my acc fica'd. I was told that I could only use the acc in 2 weeks so went in 30 March again only to be told again that my acc was blocked. I waited for about an hour while the sales person contacted customer services to have my acc unblocked just for the one day. Went back to Vangate on 18 April and acc was still blocked. Again the customer services was contacted for a day only to purchase but I spoke to the contact who assured me that she would have account unblocked by the Friday morning (19 April). Well that did not happen. Went to Canal walk branch 27 April and very frustrated once again as my account was still blocked. I asked for a manager and a very helpful floor manager Charmaine Hendricks assisted and guaranteed that I would get a call from Edgars on Monday 29 April regarding this problem. No call thus far. Who do I need to contact next with this problem? It is most frustrating having to listen to the same / promises made by staff and a great inconvenience for me as well as I spend up to an hour in the store when customer services is contacted.
