Friendly service ___ I think NOT!!!

Today, my mother and I went to the PEP store in Elsburg to buy a few outfits for my son (18months old). We get to the till, and AS USUAL... Only ONE till open.

We asked why only ONE till is open and they then called the guy from outside (Victor). He got to the counter with a bad attitude - I told him that he gets paid to WORK, NOT stand outside and chat up the girls (as that is what he was doing). He then had the CHEEK to tell me that "I can stand and do whatever I want."

I then turned around and said I will take my business elsewhere (R150 sale lost right there and then due to an "employee's" attitude!)

These type of people should not even be allowed to work with customer service as they are bad for business. Should I ever return to the store and Victor is STILL there, I will NOT purchase a thing!

He gives the whole Franchise a BAD name.
