Shocking lack of service from PnP

I E Mailed the Online shopping division to enquire about the availability of Razor Blades which did not appear on their website. I got a reply saying they had tried to phone me, without success.
After I replied that I had not received any message on my voicemail, I was subsequently ignored. I have sent several subsequent E Mails addressed to the Manager of that division, requesting the professional courtesy of a response to my query. But I have since been rudely ignored.
This is not the service one has come to expect from PnP as a longstanding customer!
