LACK OF RESPONSE/BAD ANSWER

I twice filled out the online query form on Toyota SA's website, over a period of 8 days, to enquire whether Toyota SA will be producing a DVD of this years Dakar Rally, as they sent a team out. I got no reply from either of them. I also got an email address from their website, and sent the same query to this address. What is the point of having this online form if nobody responds? Perhaps if I was enquiring about buying a vehicle, I would have got an answer! I then received a reply from Zenobia Swartz, asking me to phone a Johannesburg number, the switch board would put me through to the relevant department, and they will answer my query. Why could Zenobia not phone them, and email me the answer? Why should I have phone Johannesburg from Cape Town just to ask this question? I am rather disappointed at his, and Toyota SA's lack of customer service!
