Were the stickers availabe?

I'm pretty sure people around South Africa were apart of the competition, buying big mac after big mac trying to be one of he lucky winners. I have been buying lord knows how many burgers to try to win something but i kept getting the same stickers and my friends and family got the same thing. I just think it was a tactic, i don't of anyone who won, been though they buy McDonald's on a regular, no choice but to chuck my board, one sticker remaining on all of them, all i got were the same old stupid stickers.
