Poor service even worse feedback

I emailed [URL Removed] on 9 January 2014 regarding a DVD I ordered from them as a Christmas gift. The DVD was scratched and totally useless when watching it. Got a response from Nwabisa Maimane on 16 January 2014 advising me to go to the items listed on my order and select 'return item' . That I did the same day and still no feedback regarding a replacement of this DVD.

Order number #100087342 - Under the Tuscan Sun.

They're suppose to contact me to pick up the faulty DVD. No word from them. Very poor after care service, but quick to take your money when you place an order.
