Bad attide and discrimination

I went to checkers on saturday 25/01/2014 to do m grocery shoping as I always do every weekend, when I got to the cashier she passed everything on the scanner and I paid with my standard bank card, I got an sms saying the transaction went through but the cashier told me it did not, I then asked why she said she did not know and called BArbara, who was screaming across the floor how it was not their fault and I should not blame them for it but it will be reversed and asked me if I knew what that meant, I then asked her how long does it take for it to be reversed she then told me 10mins I can wait if I want with so muc attitude, I waited 15 min went by without any reversal, I then went to NIck who was even more rude as I was greeting him he asked what I wanted he then carried on telling me he is sick and tired of black people throwing their wait around and how he is Nick VAn Zyl and not scared of anything, carrying on like that on the floor, I was disgusted with the behavior I still am.
