On sunday 7/7/13 i went to checkers hyper at gateway, and asked one of the staff on the floor, It was a young indian man named ashveer, for help regarding a specific product i was looking for. He was quite rude to me and said " well carry on looking" What sort of service is this from a national retailer? I went to complain to the floor manager and she wasnt much of help either, she was too busy rushing off to listen to my complaint and kept me waiting for quite a while on a sunday afternoon. She did take my details though and asked me to identify the staff member. when i was asked to identify him and he was brought to in front of me, he was again very rude to me in front of the floor manager and she did not say anything! i am disgusted at this behaviour!!! spar is right next door and i think i shall take my business there instead from now on!
