Stinking Attitude

To whom this may concern

With my second visit to the Checkers at the Lephalale Mall I was very disgusted in how your employees treats the customers and how their attitude is towards the general public.

Below are the two incidents which really put me off:
1) At the cashier I asked (AND was ignored) regarding the Powerball tickets which can be purchased at Checkers now. The cashier ignored my question and I had to asked again and was just told "I have not been trained on this"
2) Went to purchased coffee beans and AGAIN when I asked if there is a number 5 coffee bag available as there is only number 4's (the number indicating the strength of the coffee) available. The reaction was I was ignored and I had to ask again and got a snotty reply "No as you can see"

It seems as it is an attitude issue in the store and I am very very upset as I am a big Checkers supporter but this experience made me think twice!
