Falseadvertising, misleading the public returns p

I experienced an un professional customer experience, on Saturday 16-02-2012 when i visited the galleria mall Checkers Hyper to do my weekly grocery shopping.
i did my shopping & went to pay for my items at cashier 15. The cashier scanned all the Items & cashier could not accept my cash. i was not informed why but a supervisor did something, printed out a slip & advised me to follow him. we then proceeded to the cigarrette counter where the cashier rang up the amount to be paid & asked me to process the payment there.

At that point when i advised the cashier that i have a Blackberry application Discount coupons, to the value of R25-00, to be processed, she did not know what i was explaining & called for a manager. Tammy Ramiah who arrived at the, she processed it & the Discount wrang up to R11-00 instead of R25-00. i was not of acceptance & politely asked Tammy if she could please check into this, i had come to the store with a budget & the fact that the Discount did not process correctly i was out of my Budget. I also adviseded her that why does it work in Pavillion branch & not here. Tammy in a rude/dis respectful beahviour advised me that she could do nothing
