No response and refusal to re-imburse

Since my previous complaint regarding a transaction [nr. 1307264] on 21/01/13 which was cancelled on the 22/01/13 and no delivery was made there was no response from Homemark about my complaint and there deduction from my creditcard was not reversed - R3159
