Shouted at on Boxing Day

It was our first visit to Checkers Sandton. When we approached till 19 we were greeted by a scowling Ms Bashe. She barely acknowledged my greeting as she began scanning our groceries. At some point a small bag of frozen vegetables ripped on the conveyer belt. She frowned and rudely told us to fetch another one. I paid for the groceries as my companion went to get another bag of frozen vegetables. He returned with a larger one as the small ones were finished. She angrily told us that we must find a bag of the same size as we had already paid. When we told her that there weren't any others she ordered us to fetch the ripped bag so that we could get a refund. We got the refund and left a complaint at customer care. I am new to Johannesburg and have met nothing but friendly people. Ms Bashe's attitude was appalling and definitely put a damper on our holiday.
