Debt cove

I have a clothing account with Mr Price. Last year November I received a statement and to my shock it says I have a debt protection cover wich I never agreed to. I was called byone of their agent and clearly stated that Im not interested. I wrote an email, faxed a form which I got from a retail store for them to remove it, with no luck, Im still waiting.
