Shoes damaged within a few months

I bought 2 pairs of shoes from MR Price.
I sent a query to Lee-Ann Watson and she said she will pass to the relevant department - I was asked to send photos etc and to date did not receive resolution to the problem.
The shoes damaged so badly, its such a rip off that we pay alot of these shoes and damaged within a short space of time (had the same problem with udnerware I bought)
Is this the poor and patehtic quality that Mr Prices sells???

Its also disappointing that Lee-Ann was not able to get someone from the shoe department to respond to the complaint and I now have to log this.
Its sad that your quality is so poor these days and consumers are being ripped off.

I donot have the POP - but I would like a resolution
