I regarded Morkels as one of the reputable shops which is why i opened an account with you in the first place. But after the poor service i no longer feel the same way.
I bought a plasma T.V which was then when there was a burglary at home. I then submitted a claim and all the necessary documentation, that was more than 5 months ago. Up until now i have not received any communication regarding my claim. After going to the shop where i bought the TV a countless number of times, it was only on 20/11/2013 when they called me telling me an investigation is yet to be started.
Its only now, after 4 months that an investigation is going to be started? I wonder what has been happening with my file since i submitted the claim. Every month I'm paying the installments with INSURANCE included. What is the insurance charge for if its a problem now to replace my goods. I feel as if you are also from me because i'm paying for nothing. For all these months I'm without a T.V. while I'm paying every month.
I'm even thinking of stopping paying so we can meet each other in court because what you are doing is disservice.
I have even called the customer service line countless
