What an Attitude!!!

Whilst shopping for furniture, we popped into The Hyperama, House and Home in Fourways Mall. On enquiring whether we could purchase here in Johannesburg and have the furniture delivered to our house near Scottburgh we were advised by Johannes that there would be no problem with arranging this. The great day of delivery arrives and lo and behold, we are contacted by the delivery contractors and advised that they could not make the delivery as the lounge suite we had purchased had been smashed up en-route from Johannesburg. We called Johannes to determine what action should now be taken to be advised that, as he was on leave, we must phone the following day. Nice one Johannes!!! People like you shouldn't be working with the public.

A huge bouquet to Clive Reddy from The Hyperama, Arbour Shopping Centre in Amanzimtoti, who came to our rescue. Clive, you are an absolute gem!!! Thank you for all your efforts in repairing the damage done by Johannes from your Fourways store. A replacement suite was sourced and delivered the very next day with apologies all round.
Clive, you are an asset to Hyperama and I hope your efforts are rewarded.
