Clothing account opened in my name

I received a call from Jet stores that my account is currently in errors and i need to make payment. i explained that i do not have any clothing account especially with Jet stores. I submitted my affidavit as advised more than 3 months ago. till today i have never received any feedback from the complaints lady or anyone representing the store. i have tried calling the port shepstone branch since i tried to query it in midrand and they said they couldnt help me i must call the call center, which i did any they also said i should call the port shepstone branch since i cant go there physically. up until today i still havent received any help and the lady is forever unavailable. my question was how can complaints be handled by one person and if that one person is unavailable then everything stops. we also do not sit and do nothing therefore we do not have the time to be calling every 15 minutes to check if shes back. i am truly unhappy.
