I want to cancel my order and want a refund

I placed an order on the 19 September 2013 and never recieved it yet (over 30 days). however this is not a complaint regarding the order - i would like to cancel and receive my refund. i have wasted enough money calling the customer care to find out whats happening with my order and feel someone needs to call me for a change.
