No collection of return, inadequate communication

I requested a return on 6th October. Return Ref #100015847-1. It is now the 14th October and I haven't had anyone come to collect the item nor any attempt at communication, despite the fact that last week I contacted [URL Removed] asking what was happening with the return, and got a standard reply from Joy simply stating that returns take from 1-3 days. 9 days later and I am still waiting! On top of it, she promised to follow up with my query, which she didn't, so I contacted her again and another standard reply - someone will be in contact with me shortly. Hellopeter is my last resort. Also, although I initially requested a credit refund, please send me a cash refund. The prospects of me shopping with spree anytime in the near future are looking increasingly low.

Also, I ordered a pair of shoes in the meanwhile. They arrived on Thursday. They are too big and I need to exchange them for a smaller size, but the "return" option has not yet popped up - it still says "order is sent to the warehouse". How long will this take to accurately reflect that it has been delivered to me so I can actually request my return?
