Over charging customers

Again, doing my shopping I realised they charging more than what is marked in shelf, before I used to get the item free according to their policy, now the manager decided to do his own thing and not give me the item free, aggressive, tells me I'm there for a scan rite but the true story is they don't do their jobs properly and they keeping on overcharging us customers or putting it this way, they are from us. other point is they don't have hygiene in the shop like it's supposed to be, they bring filthy trolleys into the shop and in some areas no one is there to clean the floor when accidents happen. They have been accusing me of from them but they don't prove to me I'm. They don't do their work properly and it's easier to blame an innocent customer.
