It is very rare to receive such an outstanding level of service like what my fiance and I received from Queeneth. She is a very delightful, friendly and professional sales person who goes the extra the mile.

We really appreciated the fact that she called us on a regular basis to provide an update of what is happening with our order. Even more so, we appreciated that she was honest about an item that arrived damaged and then went the extra mile to get us the replacement item the next day even though we weren't in to much of a rush.
