This is not the first time I have received this shocking bad service and don't care attitude! As usual there is no one on the floor to assist, so after I climbed on a chair to take down a tent from high up. Got the the till point and here this lady is sitting and reading, not even an movement to look up, just with lying on arms reading on. so I said are you open? still silence! she gives a sigh and with a lot of "not wanting to help" shows with her hand I must pass the tent! already heavy box I said you can lean over with the scanner, got a long cord on! again a big sigh! no payment with card, she rings up incorrect amount, again going down on the arms just sit there, so I said call your manager, which she the does, the manager then comes over and asked the till lady what is wrong, just pulling up the shoulders and off walks the manager. I then asked what is the problem "No don't know, I called the manager she says " I don't know what she did! oh my word I saw red! told then how incompetent they are and the service and attitude is horrid! takes 15 min to sort out, no apology nothing! I told them that there are so many people looking to have a good job!
