Poor poor customer service!

My mother and i wanted to buy a very large carpet from @home in Cavendish...
It was very busy and we had to park on the third floor of Cavendish parking.
We went in, purchased the carpet and then was expected to carry the carpet ourselves. Two women and a very large carpet through Cavendish?
So i asked if there was a guy that could take it for us- waited ten min only to have the sale consultant say he on lunch and can't help.
She then said maybe we should get a trolley from Woolworths (opposite end of the mall) so we can carry it in there. I said ok that's not a bad idea. But then i was told that we would have to go fetch it?!!?! Seriously? A paying customer has to leave the store to go fetch a trolley at the opposite end of the mall!?! Shocking! If you are going to sell large and heavy products- Be sure to have your own trolleys or a person to assist to the car! Very unhappy-what a pain!
