Worst Service Ever -ITC Non-Update

Thsi is the worst shop to buy from. after my purchase in 2011, i only had the account for less than a year after they failed to deliver on time. i settled teh account prior to its exprity date and that was /- 2 years ago.

I am in a process of obtaining financial assistance on something but im told I owe House and Home. Really? it gets better, i quclky rush to the store to get settlement letter and im told to wait 7 hours to same. really? till now i have received a settlemnet after countless calls to their headoffice.

This is wrong and I really hate this store. I really really really hate this store.
