House&Home Gateway - No Principles!!!

We purchased a Samsung fridge to the value of R8500 from House and Home (Gateway). Since purchase till current (1.5years) we had four complaints against the product. The problems were redundant. We requested a new product. The funny thing is that the store does not acknowledge our prior complaints and according to them they don't have a record! As per response from Hoosen (complaints division), we would only get a new fridge if we had at least 3 complaints against the product. Candis Sudhu (branch manager) showed no interest as per tone of voice.

My Point:
1) My disable dad (70years) spent a sufficient amount of money but got a defective product.
2) Where did all our complaints go to? Their must have went some where if the service consultant came to my home 4 times. I even have a log of the calls i made to them laying the complaint. So who was not doing there job? rather who is playing 'dirty'? Clearly the store shows NO PRINCIPLES.
3) We purchased products to the combined value of 50K till date from them. Sales were made with a smile but after service is enough to encourage someone to never support House and Home ever again.
4) Being a valued customer we expected better.
