Advertised stock not available on the same day!

The stockists at Pick N Pay William Moffat need to liaise with their advertisers - to not have stock of multiple products that you advertise in your weekly pamphlets on the day the special starts is really unacceptable. Then your poor floor staff have to run around trying to find the items the customer is looking for only to turn up empty handed and have to deal with the angry customer. I was wanting to purchase a microwave and also a bin set that was advertised in the PE Express pamphlet for your store (myself and a few other customers) and was told there is no stock on DAY ONE! Needless to say we all left empty handed and angry.
