WORST SERVICE EVER

On Monday 15/07 our geyser burst while at work. This was only discovered when arriving at 6pm. With the geyser being under warranty I phoned the company for assistance, the man answering was very rude, didn't even give his name. They came the next day but with an excuse of it not being replaced because it wasn't fitted due to regulations. We bought the house in February, and the geyser was in the roof, no assistance was given once again, even knowing that we have two small children. Unfortunately this is the second time with this company having the same excuse for not helping/replacing the geyser under warranty. I will never in my life buy this geyser again nor recommend someone to do so. The service is poor and the product even worse!!
