Bad business practices

Had an appointment with Ray to view a vehicle he had for sale. On arrival we found out that the vehicle has been sold the previous evening with out any notice. We had to drive over 100km to find out. Ray did not even have the decency to meet us on arrival he send out some one else to let us know.
