No understanding of Customer Service

I would herewith like to place on record my utter dissatisfaction with the way Joseph dealt with me and possibly dealing with all his customers.

On my arrival at the branch I met with Joseph and asked Joseph if they are also struggling with stock on a specific Ford model, to which he replied no and offered me to be seated, which I did, Joseph, send a mail to which he receivd a negative response for the specific model, however he believed that he does have such a vehicle in stock, and he did.

I mentioned to Joseph that I have an existing and approved deal in place, Joseph just accepted that he could intercept this deal after I gave him my business card to call me as I had to leave for an appointment.

Joseph went to meet with his manager whilst I was seated and they booked this vehicle out on my name with no such instruction from me.

I obtained info that Josephs branch could not release the vehicle as the vehicle is already booked out for a customer for a week already, for me to find out I am this customer.

He then send an sms forcing me to only buy the vehicle from him and his branch and if I opt not do so, that they will ot release the vehicle to their other branch.
