Beware Goodrich Auctioneers Unprofessional Bunch!

On 16/08/13 I purchased a TV stand from Goodrich Auctioneers along Beyers Naude Drive, Northcliff. When the item was delivered to my house it was broken & I refused to accept it & demanded my refund. On 19/08/13 I visited their premises & was promised a refund via EFT. On 21/08/13 when the refund didn't register on my bank account, I visited them again & this time was subjected to downright thuggery by the salesman who told me that as far as they are concerned they have treated the transaction as a ''done-deal'' & that they would be no refund of any money accept delivery of the TV stand. When I told them that I would be laying a charge, the salesman smiled and said, ''with pleasure''. Law abiding South Africans, please be aware of these thugs masquerading as auctioneers in Northcliff!
