On the 18/12/2013 my hsband bought a Mecer S10
presents was opend 25/12/2013 all was well with unit until i had to charge and then unit did not respond, so when checked on till slip there was a exchange pollicy for within 10 days.
went to store the 28/12/2013 first possible time
they could not exchange had no stock
they said it is a software problem. IT tried to fix in store they could not
according to them they only receive stock after new year
they said they could not do anything for me because exchange policy expire 28/12 they cannot extend it until next week for me to get new one
they said Paarl has one i then had to travel 35km on my own expenses and exchnaged when i got home the batter flat we charged and now this morning when i went into unit it is a second hand unit with another persons information in.
i am mad because i paid 3499.00 for a new unit and is now sitting with second hand unit
i am frustrated because i asked for my money back they just refused and said it is because original packaging (not opend). after the salesperson opend the box when bought and how on earth would we know it is faulty
i was even prepaired to wait but then exchange policy expired
