This is the second time I'm encountering this problem at Durbanville Pick n Pay and I don't want it to happen again.
I was buying 3rd food Purity yog&peach flavour which is on special for R7.59, when I was paying at the till it scanned R10.29. Now as far as I know I was suppose to get the first one free and for the rest pay R7.59.
When I ask about it I was told that the manager says there's a system problem. I don't see why your store is making their problems mine, that is bad customer service no matter how much you would want to sugar coat it
Kindly address this even the first time I got nothing for free, just because we are customers doesn't mean we don't know our rights
