They don't need you, you need them!! Dum

So we order the current R49 special. The cashier says we can't have it butterfly cut they no longer do it. Great no problem. The special comes with a Lipton ice tea. We ask can we swop it for a coke, the cashier says No. Great no big deal. Finally as she rings up our sale she says there is no Peach Flavoured ice tea so unfortunately we WILL HAVE to take a mint Flavoured one. Immediately I object and ask her why is it that we supporting them and we just have to take what they say and if you advertise a special surely you make sure you have enough supply, not my problem that you don't have a peach ice tea because I had to understand when you said we can't swap it for a coke. Eventually she calls the manager who took forever to come. We explained to him that we dont want that Flavour and after all we paying. I have never come across a more rude cow than him, he says "well that is the special and we not changing it, if you don't want the other Flavoured ice tea then that's your choice" and he walks away!!! Needless to say I cancelled my order and will never support any Nandos again! Besides their foods becoming ridiculously expensive!!
