Horrible customer service

Just experienced the most horrifyng service at the grobbler brunch, besides standing on an express queue which by the way was moving like a camelion as the so called cashier could care less how effective & effecient she is she also couldn't care to advice customers that it is an express till for 10 or less items unlike the other cashier next to her. As if that was not irritating enough her so called supervisor brought her change and whilst we waited the to be assisted she started counting the coins without even having the desency to pardon herself. I asked for the manager and this so called supervisor was called and she didn't even bother to attend me and when I approached this supervisor she told me the manager went to the toilet & she looked away. Be glad shoprite your underprivilleged customers do not know better as they're the only reason your still in business!!
