Carriwell, Even Quality in their Service

I bought a Carriwell Nursing bra from Toys R US Somerset West. After talking with the Toys R Us staff member who helped me I decided to buy the LRG. When I got home, the bra did not fit; as the make is "smaller". When I wanted to return it to the retailer, they just said, sorry no return of underwear. These bra`s a very expensive, and they did not want to let me try on a bigger size to make sure what the correct size was.

I decided to email Carriwell customer care. Literally after 2 minutes I got a phone call from a very friendly and helpful Nathash Kondiah, who helped me in a very kind manner. And they even want to replace the Lrg with a Xlrg.

Congrats Carriwell, YOU ARE EXCELLENT IN CUSTOMER CARE, will definitely buy more of your good quality products.
