Cell phone insurance service is bad

Send my cell for repairs & waiting sins feb 10th 2013, cell has been returned once but same problem occur, sent it back again still waiting. Each time go in, the computer are ether off line or there's only one service assistant. When I get helped I'm told to come back in a weeks time.
