If I look at the competition Pick 'n Pay has to contend with, the area Pick 'n Pay fails the most is its staffs attitude towards customers. The Lynwood branch is a good example of the rudeness a customer has to endure from the old fat cashiers cemented into there little world of been tired, past there sell by date and angry. Pick 'n Pay owes no one a job. Time after time shopping at the store [and other branches] turns into a battle ground of the customer is wrong. The older cashiers are rough and rude. I am tired of been shouted at, dismissed when asking a question or been capable of using the paypoint machine with out a cashier telling me NO! The result is this: I am never doing business with Pick 'n Pay again. No deal will bring into one of stores again.
