Fight

We bought 2 pairs of shoes witch were the wrong size, we immediately excanghed the it to the right sizes before even leaving the store. When reaching the checkout the attendant was adamin in saying we only paid for one pair even if we showed her the slip were it clearly states we paid for 2 pairs after a big fight they agreed that we had payed for 2 pairs. Then the one pair was a diffrent colour and the manager proceeded to say he does not know how to change the codes of the shoes we then had to put up another fight to change the colour, it then turned out the other colour was only 50 rand and not 100 rand whitch meant we were in 50 rand credit! They implied they could not give us the cash we have to chose something of 50 rand value, we asked the attendent to show us were we could find the value of 50 rand item she pointed to a rack with a 50 rand sign on we just took a shirt not looking at the tag due to the fact that it is under the 50rand sign that the attendant ushered us to on getting back to the till the manager made us pay in a extra 50 rand witch meant we have now lost the 50 rand we were in credit!!! After yet another fight and 30minutes later we only left the store!
