Opening at 9am is just good practise. I get to stores early so I can leave malls before they are to busy.By 9:05 your staff outside couldn't tell me how long it would be before either the or manager would get there... they would both be late!! I worked in retail and it's sloppywhen you can't even open on time. I walked away and doesn't my R2000 on a bag elsewhere, even though you where my first choice. Clearly you make enough money to not want all the business you can get.
