Locker cut open before end of gym time

Walked into changing room at the end of a gym session - time 18:55 - to find my lock cut open and all my belongings including a handbag strewn out on bench. Walked in while this was happening.

Logged a complaint but received no feedback from the manager.
I suggest that:
1. check if there are still clients in the gym before you cut open locks.
2. you cut open locks AFTER closing time and not early because staff want to leave early.

Upset at the ordeal I was promised by Lilian that she will replace my lock and that the manager will telephone me. Neither has not happened.

Shall I open a case of attempted at the police before I receive basic customer service from this branch of VA?
