Poor service

I wnent shopping and wanted to buy a packet of shrimp but it was not priced, my wife walked to the front of the store to ask for assistance and I was standing at the fridge waiting for her. About 5min after my wife went to the front a lady showed up took a packet and scanned it by a machine a few shelves down from where we were standing. I asked her what the price was and she ignored me I asked her again and she said that there is no price. She walked back to the front and told my wife that she can not help her sorry she can not buy it!!!
I did not want to fuss with stupid people. We then walked down to the fridge area where a few ladies were having a fat chat about a customer complaint, they said that they told the customer their is no manager on duty and that they were in charge and did not mind him waiting or receiving poor service and laughed about it!!! that is absolutely unacceptable. I kept my cool and proceded to pay, I then went to buy a bottle wine at the liqour store and found a lady sitting on a crate busy on facebook or something hiding behind the shelf with the security keeping a look out. How can you allow this poor behaviour?!!! I will shop elsewhere in future.
