My whole day was ruined by the staff of PQ in Potchefstroom and this is NOT the first time!! Yesterday 2013/06/13 I went to buy shoes for myself and I wanted to get a jersey and some gloves for my husband.
I stood there trying to find prices for the two pairs of shoes I had been looking at. None of the staff member's asked me if they could help even though they saw as I was struggling not only to get prices but also reaching the shoes as it was on a very high shelf. I politely asked for assistance where three ladies were talking and laughing out loud... They all looked at me angry staring at me for almost 30 seconds before asking "witch one"... I asked them to please tell me the prices of the two pairs, they had to take about two steps to take a look at the shoe but refused, the one just said R100 and after a while R120. I asked them to please get me a size 4. The one lady took the shoe out of my hand and took her time, as she got out of the storeroom she just said we don't have size four while walking away!! While I was standing there I phoned my husband and told him that I was going to report them as they just stood there blabbering to each other, unwilling to help me.
