My wife ordered a bundle via FNB online three weeks ago. Since then there has been no joy. Nobody gave feedback wr had to do follow ups on a daily basis for 15 to 20 min just to get someone to answer the phone. They keep saying that there is no stock of the products. In my mind if something is being advertised there should be stock available. And if there isnt it shouldnt take three week and longer. Today I thought that delivery will take place because the stock was arriving today. Just my luck there was no 40 inch tv (part of the bundle) on the truck so again I have to wait. The fact that it is FNBs name at stake doesnt seem to bother them as they wont be blamed but FNB will. So now I wait for monday because there should be another delivery. Hopefully my order will be with me. Hopefully.
