Kindly note that my account was paid on the 6th of January 2014. This payment of R150 was paid via 'PAY MY BILL' on Standardbank internet banking.
Kindly note that I have been using this method of payment for a few months now and that there has been no problems in the past.
Upon your calls I have indicated numerous times that this was paid via pay my bill on Standardbank internet banking as well as indicated that I have sent through the Pop numerious times to your [Email Removed] directly from my standardbank internet banking profile.
I have also called several times to ask has this been sorted out, to which every time your accounts department asks me to forward the proof of payment to [Email Removed]
And yet still I get threats that I am the one IGNORING you.
Please STOP smsing and calling me and accusing me of that clearly you are failing to do.
MR PRICE IS THE ONE DOING ALL THE IGNORING.
KINDLY SORT OUT MY ACCOUNT ASAP.
