Ignoring my payment

I was sent a letter of settlement for R4200 on an old Bluebean account.

I promptly paid this and sent proof of payment via fax and via email to Janelle Senekal. I asked that they
acknowledge receipt of this proof and confirmation that the debt was now fully paid up
and that no further debit orders would come off my account.

I have tried numerous times since then to contact Janelle via the phone no that appears on her email
and also via 0861 101729. I have received no answer. The phone just rings and in the case of the 0861 number I just listen to that same voice telling me how good DMC is.

Kindly acknowledge receipt of my proof of payment immediately and furnish me with a letter stating that I
am fully paid up as well as confirmation that no further amounts will come off my account.

Please do so immediately as I need this letter asap and your service is not satisfactory.
