NO ONE WANTS TO HELP

I really am at my wits end with ABSA. Unable to make payments out of my cc account on internet banking and
no one at the helpdesk knows whats going on, nor are they prepared to help further,
Here is the error code - and no one seems to know what this is??? Is ABSA for real?
