Contract Termination

On the 10th of December 2013 I bought leather couches for R16000.00 the total was R30000.00 after the insurance & other things were added, the couches were delivered on the 13th of December 2013, then on the 23rd of December 2013 i called in to terminate the contract reason being of the extra hours that have been reduced from my salary, i was advised on the 4th of January 2014 to send proof in order for the contract to be cancelled, so on the 7th of January 2014 i emailed my pay slips from May 2013 to December 2013 after that i was told that they need to check if they are still in a good condition before they get returned now they found a small invisible scratch because of that they are refusing to cancel the contract, i believe that they dragged the whole process on purpose now i have to suffer, they delayed the whole thing I'm not gonna pay for those couches.
