Going backwards!?

I am normally only full of praise for KFC courteney street george. I drive right pass KFC York street to support them because I've always recieved good food and fantastic service. Last night I arrived at KFC courteney street with cars lining up into the road. Inside it weren't as busy but there were quite a few people. The only problem was that the store were not busy. The staff moved patiently around as if there was nobody waiting. No sense of urgency what so ever. Soon the people in their que started commenting on how slow the line is moving. Cars reversed out of the drive thru and left. When at last it was my turn in front, the lady who helped me took my money and order and the disappeared. I could see the kitchen delivering my order but there was nobody to hand it to me. There were only one lady left, to serve everyone waiting. After several minutes my wife and I had to ask her to please hand us our food as the lady who helped was gone.By the time I got to enjoy my "Double Down" it was cold and dry. A bitter disappointment as I love the new DD, and know how good it should taste! Please KFC courteney street I know you are better than that.
